Effective
Agreement
By downloading, installing or using TesserClip (“the App”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.
License
BrightDigit, LLC grants you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Macs you own or control.
Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or lend the App
- Remove or change any proprietary notices
- Use the App for anything unlawful
Beta software
TestFlight builds are pre‑release software. They may have bugs or lose data, and features may change before release. Copy anything important out of TesserClip before you rely on it.
Your content
The text you work on in TesserClip is yours. It stays on your Mac; see the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, graphics and documentation are owned by BrightDigit, LLC and protected by copyright and other laws.
No warranty
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTDIGIT, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIGHTDIGIT, LLC ISN’T LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE.
App Store terms
If you get the App from the Mac App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Changes and termination
We may update the App and these terms. Using the App after a change means you accept it. Your license ends if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan.
